If you have been unable to log into your Excite email account since the March 30 migration, and you know your password, a bug that incorrectly converted uppercase letters to lowercase may be responsible.
If your password contains uppercase letters, please try converting them to lowercase before logging in. For example, if your password is PassWorD21 try logging in with password21 instead. Note, if your password contains special characters they may prevent you from logging in without our assistance.
